Dear Peter Juden,

in germany we know the surname "Jude" and some variations like "Juda" and so on, but i could not find the name "Juden".

But, as it is the german word for "Jews" it could indicate a jewish ancestry from germany, because some jews in germany became a surname containing "Jude" oder a simliar form.
I do not know, if there is a significant number of people how have no jewish ancestry and nevertheless have a surename like this, but i guess most of the people with such a name have jewish ancestry.
