Adopted

I have recently learned that I was adopted. I would like to find some family connection, but have been unsuccessful.

My adoptive father was stationed at an American air base in Morocco when he and my adoptive mother adopted me. According to letters in my immigration file, my birth mother's name was Jaclyn Chatard. She was a French woman. I was born in February of 1960 and the adoption was finalized in Moroccan court in 1961.

My parents returned to America in 1962 and I have lived here since. I am hopeful that a DNA match will lead me to biological records and I may learn something of my mother and father.
