The Callanan Surname Project
Description:
A Project for all Callanans whose paper trail ancestors appear most strongly in Ireland, in Counties Cork and Galway, but also in Counties Clare and Tipperary. In origin it is distinct from Callaghan but some Callanans adopted Callahan after emigration. Famous as a medical family who in different reports served the McCarthy or the Kennedy clans.
