The Flesher Surname Project

Description:

Two 1752 immigrant ancestors of FLESHERs are brothers (we think and hope). This should be checked by DNA testing. Another immigrant arrived 1753 by the same name. Was he related to the brothers? We know that the immigrant brothers came from the town of Ober-Seemen in Germany. We would like to document family connections with people living there now since it is eight generations or more since our immigrant ancestors left. We believe that before Ober-Seemen a Fleischer ancestor lived in Herbstein, Germany. We would like to document this with DNA testing if possible.
