Our earliest paper-trailed ancestor is Michal PANKIEWICZ b abt 1860 in Brzezawa-Lipa, Przemysl, Galicia with wife Paraskevia. Their son, Wasyl, emigrated to Saskatchewan where he lived to death abt 1910 with wife Anastasia KOTT of Czertez, Ukraine.
