Description:
We have identified several Poe family lines. Major groupings are the Poe family that was in Essex County, VA by 1704, the Poe family that was in Bucks County, PA by 1721. There are two German lines. One was in Frederick County, MD by 1746. Another German Poe line orginated in Frederick County, VA and was there by 1759. To our knowledge, no one identified with the Edgar Allan Poe family is in our test results.
